what is a HDPE Double Wall Corrugated pipe ?

Performance characteristics of double wall corrugated pipe
- The product is novel in material, reasonable in structure and high in strength.
- The product structure adopts the force principle of I-beam, the moment of inertia is increased, and the ring stiffness is improved, so that the double-wall exhibits high mechanical properties. The results obtained by experiments show that when the average deformation rate of the diameter in the vertical direction reaches 3.14%, the pipe top load can reach 60 tons.
- Compared with the solid wall pipe, the DWC pipe has characteristics of light weight, material saving and energy consumption saving.
- Under the same load conditions, it can save about 40% of raw materials compared with solid materials of the same material and the same specifications.
- The double-wall corrugated pipe has a smooth inner wall and a large flow rate, and the same flow rate (compared to the cast iron pipe and the concrete pipe) has a small diameter.
- The inner wall roughness coefficient is only 0.009, and the concrete roughness coefficient is 0.013.
