I. Security

• Please use this machine correctly after reading this manual.
• The items listed in this manual are for safe use of equipment, and prevent danger to you and others.
• Although this machine is designed and manufactured with full safety considerations, be sure to read the things that must be considered listed in this manual during use. Otherwise there will be a possibility of causing an accident.

1. Dangerous! To avoid accidents, be sure to follow the instructions below:
   a. Prevent others from entering unknowingly in the area around the welding operation site.
   b. During the process, the machine will produce a magnetic field around it that affects the pacemaker.
   c. To ensure safety, maintenance checks and repairs to this machine must be carried out by qualified / qualified personnel or personnel who know well about this electrofusion machine.
2. Danger! To avoid electric shock, be sure to follow the instructions below:
   a. Do not touch the electric part.
   b. Please make improvements after turning off all power sources.
   c. Do not use a cable with insufficient current capacity or a damaged or open cable.
   d. Insulation must be made after the cable connection part is tightly tightened.
   e. Do not use perforated / wet gloves, always use dry insulation gloves.
   f. Perform routine maintenance checks and repair damaged parts before use.

II. Use

1. Pay attention!
   a. Please use below the maximum load level, if not, the increase in engine temperature will exceed the permitted temperature, there is a risk of decreased performance and damage to engine fire.
   b. Install electric leakage protectors when working in high humidity areas such as construction sites.
   c. Be sure to set the circuit breaker next to the electrofusion input measurement.
   d. Do not place heavy objects / loads on the machine.
   e. Do not block ventilation from the engine.
2. Required!
   a. Pastikan grounding pada casing/ bagian luar mesin.
   b. Kabel grounding harus minimal 6 mm2.

V. How to use

• Must use a nominal electric voltage so as not to cause damage to the engine.
• There is an ammeter, protective indicator lights and a regulator / electric power adjustment button on the engine panel.
• When everything is ready, turn on the switch and you will hear the fan spinning. At the same time, the meter panel will display the current value, the machine enters working conditions, adjust the electric regulator button on the panel, after adjusting the current, electro-thermal welding can be carried out.

VII. Things that must be considered.

• The machine must be placed in a well-ventilated place. After long-term storage, the engine must be turned on and run for 5 minutes (no load) first.
• Before use, check that the screw is loose and that the fan is functioning normally. Is the power cable connection correct, grounding cable is good, etc.
• The machine has no diagnostic function. When the fan is damaged or defective, the main engine will automatically shut down.
• The machine IP level is IP 21, not easy to use when it rains.
• There are fragile parts in the machine. Slamming or dropping the engine is prohibited.
• There is strong electricity in the engine. Non-professionals should not open the main engine to avoid danger.
• If the machine is overloaded during operation, the machine may suddenly enter the protection condition and stop working, and the protection indicator light on the panel lights up. In this case, there is no need to turn off the electricity, the fan continues to work to cool the main engine. When the protective indicator light is off, welding can continue.

VIII. Care.

• Operators must have adequate knowledge of electrical equipment and safety knowledge.
• Before carrying out maintenance / maintenance, make sure the electricity is turned off.

  • To fully utilize the performance of this machine, regular maintenance and maintenance must be carried out regularly.
  • Maintenance projects: operating panels, cooling fans, electrical power sources, engine parts, clamps, electrical cables, grounding
